For Land Owners – A Good Description of Construction Process

As I browsed the stopgreenpath Web site, I came across the California application for the now-defunct power line project.  There was an excellent detailed description of the power line construction process in the Green Path South application.

Keep in mind that the Green Path South line was going to be a 500 kV line.  Some aspects of the line’s construction elements may be slightly larger for the 765 kV PATH line.  Also, most PATH towers would be set by helicopter and not cranes as described in the Green Path description.
