TrAIL Right of Way Destruction Hearing at WV PSC, July 15, 2011 – Will the Media Blackout Continue?
Remember my earlier posts from late March, here, here and here, about Allegheny Energy’s (now FirstEnergy) failure to keep it promises to the WV PSC and the rest of us about its right of way clearing for the TrAIL transmission line?
Instead of completing the hearing following land owner John Coleman’s blockbuster testimony, the PSC adjourned until July 15. July 15 is almost here.
If you live near Charleston, you might want to stop in to the hearing at the PSC office building at 9:00 on July 15 to support our state against egregious damage by an Ohio power company. We need to show the PSC Commissioners that West Virginians need them to protect our interests, as they are required by law.
Will the media black out coverage of this hearing the way they blacked out the March hearing?
