The MD Congressman from the Frederick, MD area is setting up a meeting with FERC officials so that citizens can get FERC’s take on AEP/FE’s claim that they can continue taking our money for PATH. Although PJM Interconnection has pushed PATH off its 15 year planning scheme, AEP/FE “notified” FERC that they are still going to try to collect rate payer money for the PATH project, as well as their 14.3% return on equity subsidy.

As soon as Congressman Bartlett’s office sets the date and place, we’ll let you know.
